Insurance and Payment
The aim of our clinic is to prioritize our patients’ needs and goals. We are focused on getting to the root of each person's condition and applying the most effective and science-based approach to care. Unfortunately, insurance companies don't always agree with what we believe is best. And for that reason, we have chosen to be OUT OF NETWORK with all providers, except BlueCross Blue Shield PPO plans.
Please remember that every insurance plan is unique and coverage varies based on many factors. To get an accurate estimate of your coverage through your BCBS PPO plan we offer a complimentary check of your coverage. Contact us for more information.
We understand that rising healthcare costs impact everyone. So for those without BCBS insurance we have affordable self-pay rates listed below. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding insurance or self-pay options.
The rates listed below are for SELF-PAY PATIENTS ONLY not using insurance.
Chiropractic & Physical Therapy
- New Patient Consultation $250
- 30 Minute Treatment $100
- 60 Minute Treatment $165
Massage Therapy
- 60 Minute $110
- 90 Minute $165 (90 minute massages offered by availability only)
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Unlike at other clinics, your time here is spent entirely with the Doctor or Therapist. But we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we try to accommodate our patients in the best way possible. However, to ensure that we can continue providing high-quality care and service to all our patients, we have implemented a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.

Late Cancellations/No Shows: If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
